• DTF — No minimum. However, keep in mind that single orders are priced higher per piece than bulk orders.
• Silk Screen — Minimum of 20 shirts. Best for simple 1–3 color designs.
• Embroidery — No strict minimum, but a one-time digitizing setup fee applies ($29.99 and up). Once your design is digitized, that fee is never charged again for the same design.
• Vinyl — No minimum. Best for 1–5 shirts with simple lettering or graphics.
Absolutely! Some customers bring in their own garments and we're happy to work with them. That said, many customers prefer to order through us — we source from trusted wholesalers and pass along our wholesale pricing, so you're getting a great deal either way.
We accept PNG and JPEG files. For the best print quality, high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) are strongly recommended. If you're unsure about your file, send it over and we'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

• Garment ordering (if ordering through us): 2–3 business days to arrive.
• Embroidery or DTF: We wait 1–2 business days for our partners to digitize or prepare the design, then 1–3 business days for printing depending on quantity.
• Silk Screen: Once we receive and digitize your design, printing takes 2–3 business days.
• Vinyl: Typically 1–2 business days.
• If you bring your own garments, you save the ordering time.
At the very most, every order is completed within 2 weeks — unless it needs to be shipped out of state.
Yes, we do! Rush orders are available, though an additional rush fee will apply. Give us a call or send us an email with your deadline and we'll do everything we can to make it work.
